Our Mission

“We leverage the power of diverse talents and collaborative mindset development through women-led projects to provide local solutions to global challenges.”

Research demonstrates that women are critical environmental decision makers and provide essential complementary knowledge relating to the use, management and conservation of natural resources that turn the tide on environmental degradation.

In addition, when women are included in the process, peace agreements are 35% more likely to endure for at least 15 years. Generationally, their full, effective and visible social leadership engagement also sets the trajectory for the political, economic and social empowerment of their daughters and grand-daughters.

Yet, the immense potential of women’s social leadership remains under-utilised.

Our Theory of Change

Cultivating personal, social and global transformation through a self-generative approach

The Agency of Women’s ‘Theory of Change’ posits that combining individual deliberate-practice for collaboration with actions that empower women’s social-leadership development creates a self-generative model illustrating how beneficial community impacts and overall capacity building for global peace and sustainability can be practically achieved.
