We believe in the power of increasing our collective capacity for peace and sustainability by compounding the development of individual capacities for cooperation and collaboration. Like any other skill strengthening, the only way these core, social capacities can be developed, is to exercise them.
We do so by responding to the empowerment needs of under-served women by supporting of their real-world initiatives in their local communities. In the process, these women as well as those supporting their efforts, are exercising and actioning their core, collaborative capacities. As a result, everyone involved is strengthening the human social-relational infrastructure essential to achieving a more peaceful, sustainable future: cooperation and collaboration.
Providing opportunities to exercise and strengthen these core capacities is our strategic objective.
The social leadership capacity, of women, for transforming their communities, is a reserve resource the planet can no longer do without.Our mission is to help restore this mother-lode by:
- Supporting under-served women develop their social-leadership capacities by providing the development resources they need to launch the self-led community initiatives.
- Hot-housing experience-based, collaboration and change-leadership skill-development, by connecting people with the know-how and skills that can help these women turn their visionary projects into reality.
